Meme-O-Matic Review – They Can’t Be Serious, Can They?

Whenever Art Flair is involved in something i never know whether it’s going to be just one of his old products repackaged with a new name, hopefully this Meme-o-matic review will turn up something refreshingly different.

The other thing I’m going to keep an eye out for is the OTO’s which again have been known to be the same the majority of the time.

what is meme-o-matic about

The short version is this is about finding high converting affiliate offers, creating memes and GIFs and using FaceBook to drive free traffic to your affiliate offers.

Sounds easy right? I actually love how easy they always make it sound to make money online when in reality there’s nothing that’s further from the truth.

I’ll give you an example, getting approved for affiliate offers if you are new is going to be incredibly hard, product owners don’t just want any affiliate trying to promote their product.

They want to know that the people who are promoting will send them quality traffic and as someone who is new and they don’t know, you’re really going to struggle to get your foot in the door.

I’m not saying it won’t come with time, but that’s the operative word here TIME.

You’re going to have to start with old products that the owners have had their fill of customers of and don’t mind giving someone new a chance, it’s not going to hurt them anymore.

But these aren’t going to be “high converting offers”, so the chances of making any real money are extremely thin.[su_divider top=”no”]

the sales page

Whenever i review a product i like to take a look at the sales page just to see what it is they are claiming the product will do for the person who buys it.

You see these product owners will sometimes make the product sound as all you have to really do is buy it, do the smallest amount of work and just sit back and watch the money roll in…… i wish!

meme-o-matic sales pageLet’s start with the 2 real life case studies making $316.65 every day.

case study proof #1

Now if my sums are correct $316.65 x that 4 day period should equal $1,266.60 NOT the $218.37 being shown??????

The second case study gets even more confusing

case study proof #2Again, if my sums are correct $316.65 a day x 11 years 3 months and 5 days should equal 4,109 days give or take a day or two.

So that would mean he’s been earning around $2.61 a day …. that can’t be right, can it. If I’m wrong with that can someone tell me in the comments below please because if that is the case then what the hell are they doing trying to sell you a product and claiming it’s making them $316.65 a day when it’s clearly not.

Now I’m not sure if you’ve picked up on something that brings the whole “never seen before meme method” into question.

That end date is over a YEAR OLD!!

You see this method HAS been used before in one of their previous products called POSTLY which i reviewed here (remember at the beginning where i voiced my concern at this just being a rehash of an old product)

postly case study

This is a screenshot from POSTLY whereas you can see the date is 14 days before Meme-o-matic, but the same year.

This is the exact screenshot on the sales page for this product, it’s just got the dates blurred out along with what the product is, but you can see it’s the same shot

meme-o-matic or postlySo it’s not a new method, it’s something he’s been using for over a year and released a product outlining it before.

Very strange if you ask me…..

I’m not going to bore you with the rest of the sales page, but suffice it to say there are a lot more claims that are like the ones above so just be sure to take what you see there with a big pinch of salt.

I just want to leave this section with this

sales page proofThis is a screenshot of their $316.65 a day case study that when you’re in the training doesn’t actually exist.

So how did they get that screenshot?

Take a look at my Warrior plus account taken today, just now in fact

warrior plus proofSee what I’ve done, i have manipulated all the figure to exactly replicate theirs, even down to the date.

I’m not saying that’s what they’ve done i just couldn’t find that any evidence of that particular income figure inside the case study. I’ll let you make your own mind up on that one.

who’s going to use this

Well if you take the sales page at face value this is going to appeal to anybody.

  • It apparently works in any niche
  • only take 5 – 10 minutes a day
  • works for anything you need traffic for
  • no budget needed
  • you can make £150 – $300 a day easily
  • and the best of all ANYBODY can do this

I think that’s covered all angles.

They are definitely appealing to the newbies of affiliate marketing, trying to make it sound that it doesn’t matter who you are you can earn loads of money for 5 -10 minutes a day!!!

These types of claims give this industry a bad name, it’s just not possible. He even says in the training video #2 that getting approval for an affiliate product if you’re new can be a BIG PROBLEM and take a long time to get approved if at all.

WHAT!!!!

This just keeps getting better all the time.[su_divider top=”no”]

what did i like

  • To be fair …. not a lot

what i didn’t like

  • very misleading sales page
  • videos are full of waffle
  • no mention of how to get affiliate approval
  • the use of old videos with the date blurred out[su_divider top=”no”]

what’s in the training

If you haven’t run for the hills already and are still interested in what the training consist of then here you go:

  • Video 1 – Overview 4.48meme-o-matic training
  • Video 2 – Finding a High Converting Offer 8.08
  • Video 3 – Driving Traffic with Memes 6.26
  • Video 4 – How to Create Your Own Memes #1 9.53
  • Video 5 – How to Create Your Own Memes #2 9.47
  • Video 6 – New Social Media Platform #1 6.16
  • Video 7 – New Social Media Platform #2 13.15
  • Video 8 – $316.65 Meme-O-Matic Case Study 12.36
  • Video 9 – Meme-O-Matic Case Study #2 5.38
  • Video 10 – Get More Traffic with Gifs #1 6.01
  • Video 11 – Get More Traffic with Gifs #2 8.12

And that is the training, there is some other videos, but they come with all there products so if you have any of their other stuff you’ll know what they are, but for those of you who haven’t I’ll list them here:

  • Bonus Case Study 5.24
  • Bonus Training 15.58

You will also get 10 dfy memes which in my opinion are pretty awful, FaceBook group guidelines and a how to get free traffic from Youtube.[su_divider top=”no”]

the oto’s

Like any other product this has a number of upsells, 3 with this one, they are

  • OTO #1 $25-27

This is a case studies pack, now if you’re anything like me you’d reasonably expect the case studies to be about Meme-o-matic wouldn’t you.

Well you’d be very disappointed because they’re not. Oh and you’d better hurry up if you want it because according to the sales page there’s only 1 left! hurry up!!!! LOL.

In fact if you have any of his other products and purchased the upsell then you’ll have seen it all before and definitely don’t need this.

  • OTO #2 $27-37

This is a Done-For-You Platinum Pack which again is just taken from his old products being sold here apart from some done for you memes and gifs

  • OTO #3 $47-$67

This is a reseller’s License where you get to keep all the commissions[su_divider top=”no”]

final thoughts

In a nutshell, very disappointed, but not surprised unfortunately. This guy is meant to be a person of standing, he’s a teacher, teaching our children, but if this is the sort of ethics that he has I’m not sure I’d want him teaching my children.

That sales page is one of the most confusing I’ve come across not to mention the training. I think it’s clear from his income proof that this doesn’t really work like he’d like you to believe.

Which is probably why a lot of the videos are just waffle, with him not really having a lot to say so he just fills in with nonsense.

I think you’ve probably worked out by now that i don’t like this and certainly won’t be approving it, sorry guys.

not approved[su_divider top=”no”]

what now

Well there’s another bubble burst, but it’s not all bad news. If you’re serious about learning how to be an affiliate marketer the right way without all the hype, without all the false hope then i can help you, but it’s going to take work.

You can learn at the very same place i did and turn your passion into a full time income just like i have.

Wealthy Affiliate is without doubt the #1 platform for building a sustainable business that will serve you for years to come.

You can read my review of it here, I’m fully qualified to talk about it seeing as I’ve been a member for over 3 years and i wouldn’t have stayed so long if i didn’t fully believe in the way they do things.

Check it out and see what you think.[su_divider top=”no”]

That’s enough from me for the moment, now it’s your turn to have your say.

  1. Hey Sharon, great post. It never fails how so many people are trying to come up with all of these different ways to make money from home but don’t tell you exactly how to go about other than doing some “too easy” like taking a pic or even a meme as it were.
Ultimately, you did great debunking that product, powers that be only knows how many people whose bank accounts you saved in the process.
    Keep up the good work
