Welcome to my Affiliate Magician review. I have been getting a lot of emails promoting this product so I thought it only right I should take a closer look to see if the claims being made are true.
The owner of the product, Dan Khan, is someone who I’ve never come across before which I have to say I am quite excited about.
the reason I say that is because when you review as many products as I do you get to see the same old face producing the same old rubbish, I can only hope that Dan Khan can bring something new to the table.
The format of this review will be as follows. I will take a look at the sales page to see what sort of things he’s claiming this will do for you before looking at the actual product to see how it compares to those claims.
I’ll go over any good bits as well as any bad bits before telling you who this would be best for. Once we’ve done that we’ll go into the members area as well as take a look at the upsells and their price and if there are any discounts.
Ultimately we’ll finish off with our final thoughts about this product and whether it stands any chance of realistically making you some money.
So, without further ado, let’s get this review started.

What Is Affiliate Magician About?
Before we look at the sales page let’s just quickly go over what this actually is about. Basically you’re going ot be choosing a Clickbank product, either CB University or 12 Minute Affiliate System, but he prefers CB University.
To follow along with this product you’re going to need the tools that Dan uses and they include Clickfunnels and Aweber autoresponder, both of these have a free trial, but are a bit expensive after that period.
The course is split into 3 methods: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
You need to buy a domain name to use with clickfunnels and then you can build your first funnel which is the beginner method.
The next method, Intermediate, isn’t another method it’s actually part of the same Beginner method. Here you add a bridge page where you have to take a video of yourself telling people who you are, why you wanted to start making money online and why they should too and then you start talking about CB University.
The way he explains how you should start talking about CB is that it’s a very good product and teaches you step by step blah, blah, blah.
He actually said blah, blah, blah. Lol.
The good thing is he does actually realise he didn’t give you a good enough example and adds a video showing him doing a bridge video.
The next method is the Advanced one. In it he contradicts himself really when he says what the customer sees with the beginner method is NOT what you want.
He goes on to explain that what he about to reveal is really ninja, magician stuff!! I can’t wait and there’s me thinking a magician never reveals his tricks!
The big reveal is to create a 4-day video training series then on the fifth day sell them the product you’re promoting.
The next section deals with email marketing with another 3 “methods”, beginner, intermediate and advanced. The beginner method involves you copying CB University email sequence and putting it in your autoresponder with your links. It’s a bit difficult to hear, but it sounds like he says it can be set up in around 50 minutes.
The intermediate method involves creating an email telling your story why you are doing this with a link to CB and then just copy the CB email swipes for the follow up sequence, but with an injection of your own experience.
The advanced method basically runs for 5 days with the first 4 linking to those videos you created and the fifth being one swipe from CB.
The next section deals with the most important part of any online business, traffic. Dan tells you to use Solo Ads for your campaigns and to use a particular person, the same person he uses.
The trouble with that is the 300 clicks he recommends as a minimum will cost you a whooping $237 and don’t forget there’s no guarantee those clicks are going to sign up to CB University.[su_divider top=”no”]
The Sales Page
Now we know what Affiliate Magician is all about let’s take a quick look at the sales page to see how it compares to the product.
Sales pages generally fall into two categories, ones that tell you what you want to hear without telling you what it is you’re actually buying and the ones that do tell you without all the hype.
This particular sales page seems to be in a category all of it’s own, there is some truth, but there is also some hype.
For example this is supposed to be a 3 step system:
- Choose the right product
- Follow the click by click video tutorials
- As profits roll in just keep sending buyer using my hidden traffic source
Apart from step 3 those statements could be seen as being true, anyone can use Clickbank so no trouble getting approved.
Step 2 doesn’t tell you that you’re going to need to be in front of a camera and as for a hidden traffic source I didn’t know Solo Ads was hidden.
That’s a bit of a strange statement to make especially as he admits inside the training that he would be surprised if you didn’t make sales, but anything can happen.
And that’s true there is no guarantee with Solo Ads.
To be fair to him this is one of the better sales pages I’ve seen, it’s still got some hype on it, but in general it’s quite good.
One thing I’d like to point out is that even though this comes with a 3o day money back guarantee it is an action based guarantee meaning that you will need to show the funnels you’ve created.
So if you buy this and after going through it realise it just isn’t for you then you won’t get a refund.
A bit further down it claims you don’t need any skills or experience to make money with Affiliate Magician. I beg to differ.
Even though he does show you what to do if you are new to funnels and autoresponders you will struggle.
At the bottom of the page there’re some FAQs and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the fact they admit you do need to pay for a funnel builder and an autoresponder, a lot of others wouldn’t tell you that.[su_divider top=”no”]
The Good Bits
- Fairly low front end price
- 30 day money back guarantee
- Very actionable
- Obvious he uses this system himself
The Bad Bits
- He does move a bit too fast when explaining what to do.
- The need for pricey add-ons including paid traffic
- Technical experience needed
- Have to be on camera

Who Is This For?
Someone who’s got money to spare would be a good indication of the type of people who would benefit from this. If you are looking for a quick way to make money without spending a lot of money then this isn’t for you.
However, I must advise that looking for a quick way to make money online will only lead to disappointment, it will keep the ‘gurus’ busy with launching new products that promise that, but for you it will never happen.
If you have got some spare cash and don’t mind taking a punt then this is probably right up your street and worth a go.[su_divider top=”no”]
Affiliate Magician Members Area
Before we take a look inside the members area I just want to give you a quick warning about the upsells that you’ll see as soon as you buy this, but before you get access to the actual product you just bought.
I’ve seen so many vendors offer guarantees on the main product only to leave any money back option off the upsells. A good example of this is Matthew who lost a lot of money when he didn’t realise the upsells didn’t have a refund guarantee.
Take a look at his comment here to get a better idea of what happened.
Once you get past the upsells and make it into the members area this is what you’ll see:
The actual product is built on the Clickfunnels platform and is really easy to navigate around. All the different sections are on the left with the corresponding videos being displayed on the right with any necessary links beneath the videos.
One thing I will say is if you are not familiar with this type of layout when you scroll down to the section further down the page you’ll have to scroll back up again to see the corresponding video.[su_divider top=”no”]
The Oto’s
Let’s take a quick look at those upsells to see what they are and if they come with any discounts to save you some money.
- OTO #1 – Done For You Campaigns – $37
- OTO #2 – License Rights – $47
- OTO #3 – 1 on 1 Coaching – $147
These upsells have no downsells so the price you see is the price you pay.
Remember i told you about Matthew who lost all that money? These upsells DO NOT have a money back guarantee, all sales are final.
To be fair there are no claims of a money back guarantee on any of the sales pages, but this is something you need to be aware of before you buy them.
The other thing is these upsells are readily available inside the members area so you can get any time you want, you don’t need to feel pressured into thinking you need to buy them now.[su_divider top=”no”]
Final Thoughts
At the beginning of this review I expressed my hope that Dan Khan would bring something new to the table. Has he succeeded?
In a way I suppose. I actually like what he has put together here although the sales page could have been a bit more transparent about his hidden traffic source and the cost that accompanies that.
It’s apparent that he uses this method himself which is to be applauded, so many times these types of product are just theory, but a person who is new is very likely to lose more money than they make in the early days until they can iron out the little nuances that can make a successful campaign, something that Dan Khan has obviously mastered.
With that being said if you have got the money to spare then this product stands a better chance of success than a lot of other products I see on a daily basis.
He takes the time to go into sort of detail that make this a product I’m happy to approve as one that could actually make you some money after a while just remember you do need to put your face om camera and if you’re not happy doing that then don’t buy this.

What Next?
Affiliate marketing is a great way to earn money, I should know it’s how I’ve been earning a living for quite some time now, but it wasn’t always like that.
Back in the day it was George Browns Google Sniper that got my juices flowing, but unfortunately as a newbie I was totally naive and I fell for all the hype, needless to say it didn’t work for me, but it did make me want to find a legitimate way to make money online.
I was lucky enough to find Wealthy Affiliate who trained me to do things the right way without having to pay for expensive traffic or funnel builders. That was over 5 years ago.
From this one website I can earn paydays like this:
I don’t show you that to brag, but to show you the potential, and that’s just from one website. The key to this business is having multiple sources of income, you can have multiple websites all creating income for you, but you need to learn the right way to do it just like I did.
The good news is at the moment Wealthy Affiliate are offering free membership where they will give you a free website as well as 10 free lessons to get you going into the exciting world of affiliate marketing.
Simply click the banner below, no credit card needed, just a name and email address and you’re good to go.
I’ll meet you on the inside and be there to help you every step of the way. You’ll even get to meet the owners who will stop by to welcome you :)[su_divider top=”no”]
