Welcome to my Prometheus Profits review. Today we’re going to be looking at a product by Lance Groom. This is a guy who I’ve come across before on this blog normally with products that have to do with flipping domains like Private Reserve.
As yet I’m not sure what this product is about as I’ve only just been asked to review it so I haven’t even had a chance to look at the sales page.
That means that you will find out as I do in real time so to speak. What we’re going to be looking at is how the sales page compares to the actual product itself, who this would best suited for and if it has any bad bits as well as any good bits.
We’ll go inside the actual members area to see what that has to offer before taking a look at the upsells.
Ultimately we’ll end up giving you our final thoughts on whether this product would stand any chance of making you money or if it’s a complete lemon that you should stay well away from.

Prometheus Profits Review – What’s It About?
Before we take a look at the claims on the sales page I think we should see exactly what this is about because I know you guys want to know and I certainly do, so the best way to find out is to look at the product itself.
Prometheus Profits is a 4 video slideshow with voice over course that covers:
- Selecting a product
- Implement, Improve and tweak
- Create a product
- Get ready to launch
The introduction slideshow reveals that this is about using PLR products and rebranding them as your own. I remember reviewing a product quite a while back called Pimpr which one exactly the same thing and that is still being sold today for $7.
We’ll see later which one is better.
The longest slideshow in this product is just over 6 minutes and the others are around a couple of minutes so I’m not sure what the quality of this product is going to be, but we’ll sure as hell find out 🙂
It seems the training is very thin for example he doesn’t give you any examples of what PLR to go for he just says have a look at anything that grabs your attention. Lol.
This actually reminds me of some crappy PLR product itself, really generic advice with no examples to guide you. Perhaps they are leaving them for the upsells?
I’m going to be very interested to see what they to say on the sales page because this is one of those products that is going to need something special to sell it because the product itself is really bad.[su_divider top=”no”]

Let’s see just how they spin this into something that’s going to make you want to buy it, hopefully it has a money back guarantee with it!
I really don’t think there’s any risk of the “Big Guru’s” taking this down, whoever they might be, lol.
One thing that always amuses me is when the vendor uses screenshots show you how much the method is earning him. Now, they could be totally legit but just be aware screenshots like that are very easily faked or they just come from other income sources you never really know.
They may as well be showing you the course itself because basically what they are telling you there is what you’ll ‘learn’ inside the product.
At least this comes with a 30 day money back guarantee, you’re going to need it.[su_divider top=”no”]
Who Is This For?
Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone regardless of their experience level. If you’re new you’re going to be lost, there’s no direction for you in this at all, you’re going to have so many questions you’ll very likely give up and move on to the next product.[su_divider top=”no”]

Inside Prometheus Profits
Before we take a look inside the members area I’d like to give you a warning about the upsells. You’ll see these straight after you buy this.
A lot of vendors will give you a money back guarantee on the front end and then purposely leave it off or greatly reduce the time frame.
One of my readers lost $600 on upsells when he didn’t realise they didn’t have a guarantee, you can read his comment here. My advice to you is to skip the upsells, there are available inside the members area anyway so you don’t have to think you’ll miss out if you don’t buy them right away.
When you eventually get into the members area you’ll have to scroll past a lot of unnecessary stuff just to get to the training.
I won’t bore you with what’s in here as we’ve already gone that, suffice it to say that they seem more interested in upselling you rather than providing a quality product[su_divider top=”no”]
The Oto’s
Let’s take a quick look at what the upsells are and how much they cost as well as if there are any discounts so at least you can get them a cheaper.
- OTO #1 – Done for you package – $67 with a downsell to $47
- OTO #2 – Email access to Ryan Mac for 6 months – $77 with a downsell to $57
- OTO #3 – Reseller rights – $97 with a downsell to $67
- OTO #4 – Custom done for you package – $697 with a downsell to $497
This is almost beyond a joke. upsell #1 and #4 are virtually the same so if you buy OTO #1 then decide to buy OTO #4 as well you’re going to be paying $697 for them to upload to your server and add it your Warrior Plus account! Unbelievable!
And then you find out you’ve just paid $697 and you could have got $200 discount just by clicking “No Thanks”.[su_divider top=”no”]
Final Thoughts
This whole package must be some sort of joke, I just had to check the date to make sure it wasn’t April 1st. Those upsells are simply an attempt to rip you off.
The main product is useless in my opinion, I said near the beginning there was another product that does the same thing and we’d find out which one was better, well it’s a bit of a no brainer, it isn’t hard to be better than this.
I don’t think I’ve seen such a poor product for a while. I’m sure this is a PLR product and if this is the quality of stuff they want you to put out then I’m afraid you’re not going to be making any money.
The sales page tells us how easy this all is and then in the first upsell he tells you how hard it is to set everything up, but of course they can do it for you.
And where’s the traffic coming from? Not one mention of it. Are they seriously expecting you to grab a PLR product, launch it on Warrior Plus and expect affiliates to jump at the chance to promote it?
Oh I nearly forgot, remember the warning I gave you about some upsells not having a guarantee? Well this is one of them, there are no refunds on the upsells so just be careful, you could lose your money!
I think it’s pretty plain to see I won’t be approving this one in fact if someone tries to promote this to you I would instantly unsubscribe form their list as they clearly don’t care about you.

What Now?
When it comes to training you need to trust the people training you, you need to believe they know what they are talking about and that’s true if it’s rebranding a PLR or teaching you how to be an affiliate.
When you are new you also need a community of people just like you or have been in your shoes to help you out when you have questions which believe you me you will have.
When I first dipped my toe into the affiliate marketing waters I got burned more than once, but then I was lucky enough to find Wealthy Affiliate.
