Passive Income Machine Review – Scam or Legit?

Welcome to my passive Income Machine review. Today we’re going to be looking at whether this is just a total scam or a legitimate money making opportunity that’s going to be the one that will make you the money being claimed.

I’ve had pretty good luck when i review products by these 2 guys, the quality of what they produce is fairly good, so hopefully that’s going to continue.

#1 recommendation

what is passive income machine about

Passive Income machine is all about building membership groups, paying membership groups using Facebook as a hosting platform and as a traffic source.

Now that idea isn’t a bad one as it eliminates the need for a website as such, you can use a website if you have one, but in the training they make use of Blogger.

What are these membership “sites” going to be about? Anything that you know about really. Or you can utilize the services of places like iwriter to write content for you.

The use of PLR is another option, although i’m not the biggest fan of PLR it can have it’s uses.[su_divider top=”no”]

sales page hype?

In all my reviews i always take a look at the sales page to see what sort of claims are being made and whether they make it into the product they’re trying to get you to buy.

So many times i see a sales page full of the most wonderful claims only to be never heard of again.

When you land on the sales page you’re hit with this:

passive income machine sales pageSee the parts I’ve circled, well i think that anyone with a pulse would like to make $2000 every month in passive income wouldn’t they? But in the training they admit that it’s normally between $700 – $800 a month.

And just because it’s in the headline don’t think that someone who just buys this product is instantly going to be making that kind of cash because it’s not going to happen.

Fast & easy??? I’ve never seen anything fast or easy in this business.

Now these types of headline are being made by 2 people who have a wealth of experience and a massive following so for them to make $2000 a month is nothing in relative terms, but it will be enough to get a lot of people on the hook.

Take a look at this payment proof

payment proof

Just to make you fully aware these payment shots can be very easily falsified, now I’m not for one minute suggesting that’s the case here, but it can be done so you might want to take any income “proof” you see with a pinch of salt, not just on this, but any product you see in the future.

sales page hypeLet’s just go through them statements:

  • Fast & easy to get started – Hmmmm depends on your definition of fast and easy, it’s not going to be fast to build your following and it’s not going to be easy to get them to join YOUR group over all the others.
  • Never before revealed – True as far as i know and I’ve never seen it done like this before.
  • 100% newbie friendly – I really do wish these people would stop putting that when it’s not true. I know why they do it, but it doesn’t sit well with me.
  • No website – True, sort of. you do need something like Blogger which is free by the way.
  • No list required– True, but you do need followers on FaceBook
  • Generate passive income on auto pilot – True, sort of. You still have to arrange the course you’re putting together for your membership group
  • Get started today – True, there’s nothing stopping you getting STARTED today, but don’t confuse that with earning money today.[su_divider top=”no”]

the good bits

  • the idea behind it
  • the 2 types of training with a website and without.
  • the quality of the video and audio
  • the amount of information included

the not so good bits

  • the cost of content creation
  • the time it takes to build a following
  • over hyped sales page[su_divider top=”no”]

oto’s

As I’m sure you’re aware as soon as you buy any product like this you’re going to be hit with upsells.

This one has 3 of them to navigate past and they are:

OTO #1 – $97

This is a done for you package where you’re going to be getting 12 courses to use as you want. There’s a reason there’s 12, it’s so you can use one for each month over the year.

So in essence you’re getting a years worth of content for your membership group.

The only problem i had with this is you are just given a zip file and not given any instruction at all on how to use them.

So you’ve just got to figure that one out on your own.

There is a downsell to $47, but you will only receive 6 courses instead of the 12.

OTO#2 – $27

This is advanced training and you get a 55-minute video which shows a case study and how to get extra traffic as well asoto 2 how to fast track your PIMs

There is a downsell with this as well and that is $17, but you won’t get the case study.

OTO#3 – $47

This upsell is the license rights which will allow you to get 100% commissions across the entire sales funnel, again there is a downsell to $27, but commission is cut to 80%[su_divider top=”no”]

final thoughts

I have to say that I was hopeful about this product and I can honestly say it hasn’t let me down.

what you get is fantastic for the price you’re going to be paying and the whole concept is very refreshing from the usual “pick a product, build a list and spam that list to death with your affiliate link”.

It’s obviously not as easy as the sales page makes out, but as with anything else in this life, you only get out what you put in, so if you are willing to put the work in then there is no reason whatsoever that this would not work.

approved

If i have the time I’m even thinking of creating a membership site using this training as a template. Watch this space![su_divider top=”no”]

What now

In the second part of the training it’s made clear that if you want to earn the sort of money stated on the sales page you’re going to need a website.

Haven’t got a website? Don’t know how to set up a website?

I’ve got you covered. I’m going to give you 2 TOTALLY FREE websites and 10 TOTALLY FREE lessons on what to do with them.

Cool or what!

  1. I am a newbie at these work at home opportunities and believe that they are 99 % scams or not what the so called entrepreneur is trying to sell or portray as a big money chance. Work 30 minutes a day and make astronomical sums of easy money is not believable. I am not a computer whiz of any sort and would need a great deal more training than that to do anything. All upsells right after you enlist are not shown upfront when you sign up, and dead giveaways even if they say they come with a guarantee. I think it really is a losing proposition, and is overwhelming and false!!!

    • I don’t think product vendors realise how hard it is for newbies, there is a lot more involved. If you want something that hasn’t got any upsells and will help you every step of the way then check out Wealthy Affiliate which you can try for free
